Demo: Jack Move

Jack Move is a JRPG with a cyberpunk setting and some very interesting mechanics. You could argue that there is typical jrpg-stuff with changed names - but even then, I find it very clever how they used stuff like cache, install etc. Also, Your using a cyberdeck which instantly brought Shadowrun to my mind.

I actually played the demo and Jack Move I.C.E. Breaker. The latter is basically a prologue that is also way shorter than the demo I played before. This doesn't change the fact of how good the demo felt.

Combat is straightforward and feels a bit like FF10, in which I can see when I'm able to do something, with some actions pushing me ahead on the line, just to act twice in a row. Your also able to perform some sort of special move after taking and dealing a lot of damage, which require your correct input.

The music is awesome and the graphics do look gorgeous. Not sure how the final game ends up in terms of writing since I haven't felt a lot empathy for the female main protagonist Noa yet. Still, it was a very short experience but I enjoyed it a lot.
